By using the Livestream Service, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this notice. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Livestream Service Terms of Use. Your use of the Livestream Service and any personal information you provide through the Livestream Service are subject at all times to this Privacy Policy and the Livestream Terms of Use.

  • 1. The Information Livestream Collects:

Information You Provide: You may provide to Livestream certain information (often called "personally identifiable" information), such as your name, email address, credit card number, postal mailing address, and telephone numbers. You may provide us with this information if you use certain services or products from the Livestream Service, enter contests or sweepstakes, or otherwise use the features and functionality of the Livestream Service.

Cookies and Automatically Collected Information: We may track your activities using cookies and similar technologies. By using our Services, you agree to our use of these methods as set forth in our Cookie Policy.

We automatically collect certain types of data when you use our service. This automatically collected information may include your IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after you use the Livestream Service, the pages or other content you view or otherwise interact with on the Livestream Service, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the Livestream Service. We also may use these technologies to collect information regarding your interaction with email messages, such as whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded a message. This information is gathered from all users, and may be connected with other information about you.

Your User ID: Your User ID is displayed throughout the Livestream Service and is therefore available to the public. Other people can see your feedback, ratings and associated comments, etc. Therefore, if you associate your actual name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your activities on the Livestream Service.

Third Party Services: You may be able to link your account on the Livestream Service or register on the Livestream Service with an account you have with a third party service (“Third Party Account”), such as Facebook. If you connect or interact with us through a Third Party Account, we may receive information about you, including your Third Party Account profile information or your use of the Third Party Account, such as if you stream content through your account, as well as any other information you allow the Third Party Account to share with us. Please visit the privacy settings of your Third Party Account to learn about your options for limiting the information we receive from your Third Party Account.

Third Party Web Beacons and Third Party Buttons: We may display third-party content on the Livestream Service, including third-party advertising. Third-party content may use cookies, web beacons, or other mechanisms for obtaining data in connection with your viewing of the third party content on the Livestream Service. Additionally, we may implement third party buttons (such as Facebook “like” or “share” buttons) that may function as web beacons even when you do not interact with the button. Information collected through third-party web beacons and buttons is collected directly by these third parties, not by Livestream. Information collected by a third party in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.

Information from Other Sources: We may obtain information from third parties and sources other than the Livestream Service, such as our partners and advertisers.

  • 2. The Way Livestream Uses Information:

Livestream uses the information that you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Livestream Service as well as to track user-generated content and Users to the extent necessary to comply as a service provider with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.

We may use your email address or mobile number for administrative communications such as notifying you of major Livestream Service updates, for customer service purposes, and to send privacy or security related notices.

Livestream uses all of the information that we collect to understand the usage trends and preferences of our Users, to improve the way the Livestream Service works and looks, to create new features and functionality.

Livestream may use automatically collected information and cookies to: (a) remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the Livestream Service; (b) provide customized third-party advertisements, content and information; (c) monitor and report on the effectiveness of third-party marketing campaigns; (d) monitor and report aggregate usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages accessed; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities.

  • 3. When Livestream Discloses Information:

Livestream does not share personally identifiable information about you with other organizations for their marketing or promotional uses without your prior express consent. Please be aware, however, that any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily choose to display on any publicly available portion of the Livestream Service, such as when you publish your public profile information, becomes publicly available and may be collected and used by others without restriction.

Livestream may disclose automatically collected and other aggregate non-personally-identifiable information (such as non-identifiable User usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to assist those parties in understanding the usage and demographic patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, or other functionality on the Livestream Service.

We may disclose some limited User information to affiliated companies or other businesses or persons to: provide web site hosting, maintenance, and security services; fulfill orders (including payments); conduct data analysis and create reports; offer certain functionality; and assist Livestream in improving the Livestream Service and creating new services features. We generally contractually require that these parties process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy, authorize only a limited use of such information, and require these parties to use reasonable confidentiality measures.

Livestream may disclose User information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. copyright or trademark law) or respond to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena, or warrant in the manner required by the requesting entity.

Livestream also reserves the right to disclose User information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; enforce our Terms of Use; protect Livestream from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Livestream Service; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Livestream, our Users, or others.

In the event that Livestream is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or enters into receivership or bankruptcy, we may transfer or assign the information that we have collected from Users as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, bankruptcy or other change of control.
